General

Do I need to install anything to use Reuna?

No. Reuna works entirely from the web browser. No installation required on any device — not on the main computer, projection screens, or the remote control mobile device.

Which operating systems does Reuna support?

Reuna works on any device with a modern browser: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari are all supported.

What's different about Reuna compared to ProPresenter or EasyWorship?

Reuna is 100% web: no installation, works on any OS, and lets you use remote control from your mobile device. ProPresenter costs between $99 and $600/year and only works on Mac and Windows. EasyWorship only runs on Windows. Reuna also has a permanent free plan.

What languages is Reuna available in?

The app and this site are available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. You can switch language at any time from your workspace.

Pricing and plans

Does the free plan have a time limit?

No. The Free plan is free forever. It includes 1 screen and up to 50 songs in your library. There's no X-day trial — it's permanent.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. No contracts, no minimum periods. Cancel from your account with one click. When you cancel, you automatically return to the Free plan without losing your data.

Do you have special pricing for Latin America?

Yes. We offer local prices adjusted for different countries in America. Write to us at admin@reunapresenter.com to learn the pricing for your country.

How much storage do I have for images and videos?

Media storage per workspace is 100 MB on Free, 500 MB on Pro and 2 GB on Church. Songs, services and Bible content don't count toward that limit.

Features

Can I use Reuna without internet during the service?

Reuna works online — it doesn't have a full offline mode. Bible chapters you've already opened are cached on the device, so they can still be shown if the connection drops. If your internet fails during the service, screens that are already connected keep showing the last projected content.

How does remote control from your mobile device work?

In the application you find a QR code. Scan it with your mobile device's camera — the remote control opens in the mobile browser without installing any app. From there you can advance, go back, jump to any item in the plan, activate Blank or Logo.

Can I project on multiple screens at the same time?

Yes. Each connected screen opens its own projection link in its browser, so you can have a congregation screen and a stage monitor at the same time. The number depends on your plan: Free includes 1 screen; Pro up to 2 screens plus a stage monitor; Church up to 4.

What happens if the internet fails during the service?

If the connection fails, screens that are already connected stay static showing the last projected content. When the connection is restored, the system reconnects automatically. Bible chapters you'd already opened remain cached on the device.

How does the team collaborate during the service?

Access to a workspace is tied to your account. To work as a team during the service, the outputs are shared by link: the stage monitor and the QR remote control open on other devices without installing anything. The Church plan also allows up to 3 separate workspaces, ideal for ministries with multiple teams or congregations.

What are Timeline and MIDI Control?

Timeline lets you program automatic changes during the service: advance a slide, activate blank screen, play video, etc., at the exact moment you configure (millisecond precision). MIDI Control lets you connect a keyboard or MIDI controller to trigger those actions with physical buttons. Both features are in the Pro plan.

Can I show lyrics on my livestream (OBS / YouTube)?

Yes. The OBS Browser Source output sends lyrics, scripture and countdowns as a transparent overlay you can add to OBS, vMix or any streaming software. It's available on the Pro and Church plans.

Can I import my songs from ProPresenter or other software?

Yes. Reuna imports songs from ProPresenter and OpenLyrics files, and from plain text. You can also paste lyrics directly and organize them into sections (verses, choruses, bridges).

Is there a stage monitor with chords for the musicians?

Yes. The stage monitor shows the current and next slide, a timer and a clock on a dedicated screen for the band. You can add chords to the lyrics (in Nashville number format) and notes that only show on the stage monitor, never on the congregation screen. Available from the Pro plan.
