The Style options — the background gallery with previews, Shaders, each background's parameters, the full text panel and the effects — are now also in Screen Studio, in each song's style and in the template editor.

What you design in Style no longer stays there. The same panels now show up wherever you define how something looks, adapted to that place. • **Screen Studio.** Every screen (and every extended canvas) gets the full background gallery with hover previews, the Shaders collection, the colours and each background's parameters, plus image or video, camera and screen capture. Under Effects, the icon transitions and the text animation. • **Per-song style.** In Songs → Style, each song can have its own Background, Text and Effects with the same controls as Style: typeface, size, position, contrast, text background, shadows and more. Anything you leave alone follows the general style. And what you set on the song now also wins over the general lyrics settings. • **Templates.** A page's or an element's animated background is picked from the same gallery, with previews, the Shaders collection and translated parameters. Backgrounds and effects from paid plans keep the same conditions as in Style.

The monitor for musicians and preachers gains the Clean style: black background, labelled boxes, the current and next slide, the operator message, the clock and the time remaining — and every box can be customised. Available on Pro and Church plans.

We redesigned the stage monitor so it reads at a glance from anywhere on stage. • **Clean style.** A black background and thin boxes with their name on the border: the current slide in white and the next one in amber on one side; on the other, the operator message in green, the clock and the countdown time remaining in red. • **The operator message, in its place.** In the Clean style the message appears inside its own box, always in the same spot, instead of a floating banner. • **Time remaining.** When a countdown is live, the monitor shows how much time is left — in the Classic style too. • **Made to fit.** Put the info column on the right, left or bottom and pick its size; adjust the corner radius and border width, the labels, the text weight and the font. Every box has its own text colour, border colour, label and size. • **Ready-made presets.** “Clean” and “Clean · musician” (with chords and key) to start in one click. The Classic style is still there, and your current monitor won't change until you pick another. Find it in Style → Stage.

The OBS overlay is no longer just a lower third: show verses full screen or in a panel that pushes the camera aside, pick one of 10 ready-made looks and tune plate, type and motion per content type. Available on Pro and Church plans.

We completely rebuilt the OBS overlay in Style → OBS. • **Three layouts per content type.** Band (the usual lower or upper third), **full screen** — the verse big, covering the camera — or **side panel**: a panel takes one side of the frame and the camera stays on the other. Pick the side, the width, the edge (straight, angled, curved or faded), the colour or gradient and an accent bar. • **Like the congregation screen.** A content type can also go out to OBS in the main screen's original design: the same animated or video background, the same type, and templates in their real design, full screen. • **Entrances with motion.** The panel wipes, slides or fades in from its side, and the text follows. As you move from verse to verse the panel stays put: only the text changes. • **10 ready-made looks.** Classic lower third, newscast, subtitle, minimal, card, full screen, cinema, left panel, right panel and veil. Each one previews with your own style; apply it to one content type or to all of them in one click, keeping your colours. • **Lots of new options.** Plate colour, intensity and corner radius; line spacing, letter spacing and text shadow; the Bible reference above, below or hidden, as text, a pill or with a rule; the section name on songs; text entering line by line; and a secondary font for references and labels. • **An identical preview.** What you see in Style is exactly what goes out to OBS, with a button to play the animation. With a solid (green) background for colour keying, whatever is outside the panel is what gets keyed out. Available from the Pro plan.

Style → Text is now split by type of setting, every value is set with a slider, and the text background gains rounded corners, blur up to 50 px and colour blending that actually shows on screen.

We reorganised the Text tab in Style so finding a setting is no longer a hunt. • **One type of setting at a time.** Pick Font, Size, Position, Contrast or Details at the top and the panel shows only that. The “Applies to” switch (All, Song, Verse…) works just like before. • **Sliders everywhere.** The same sliders the background parameters already had are now in Text, Stage, OBS, Countdown and Screen Studio: drag from anywhere on the field and see the value instantly. • **A better text background.** You can round its corners, blur now goes up to 50 px and shows on the projection, and colour blending (multiply, screen, overlay…) now really blends the text background with the video or animated background. • **Blur reveal with background and shadow.** With the “Blur reveal” animation, the text background and shadows now show. • **A top label your size.** The verse reference or the title above has a size slider that works the same for the badge and for plain text.

In Style → Background pick «Shaders» and 60+ variations show up with thumbnails, across 9 different finishes. And any word — your church's name, for example — generates a shader of its own. Available on Pro and Church plans.

We added a background unlike all the others: it holds a whole gallery inside. • **60+ ready-made shaders.** Filaments of light that fold and flow, each with its own palette and its own shape. You see them all as thumbnails and try any of them with one click. • **9 finishes.** Smooth, dither, grain, ASCII, wave, sparkle, pixel, halftone and prism. Filter the gallery by finish, or apply any of them to the shader you picked. • **Your own shader from a word.** Type your church's name, the series or the event and a unique shader is generated — always the same one for that word, so you can bring it back whenever you want. Out of ideas? Tap «Surprise me». • **Hands-on settings:** speed, hue, intensity, finish strength and size, plus a light background mode. • **It reacts to the music** when audio reactive is on: the glow grows with the band. The engine is adapted from OpenShaders, an open-source project. Find it in Style → Background → Shaders. Available from the Pro plan.

The Blur Reveal effect now respects margins with long verses, "Fixed" really does overflow when text doesn't fit, and the Style preview updates without restarting the background.

A round of fixes on how text looks on screen. • **Blur Reveal with long verses.** The effect treated each verse as a single line that never wrapped, so it ran past the margins and the automatic sizing never got a chance to act. It now breaks at the same points normal text would, respects the box width, and shrinks or grows again as it should. • **The effect no longer breaks over time.** After a while projecting, a white block with a broken icon would show up. It was a pile-up of old canvases that were never cleaned up; they're released properly now and, if the browser does drop the effect for lack of memory, it recovers on its own. • **"Fixed" sizing really overflows now.** You'd pick Fixed, size the text up, it warned you "Text doesn't fit"… and the text shrank anyway. Fixed now does what it promises: it projects at the size you chose, overflows if it doesn't fit, and tells you. • **The size indicator makes sense.** Where it said "67 px · 9.3%" it now says "67 px · 9.3% of height", which is what that number always measured: the letter height relative to the screen, so you can compare it across screens of different sizes. • **The Style preview updates live.** Moving a 3D background parameter or colour restarted the animation on every tick. The change now eases in while you drag. On the real output the full transition still plays when you apply, as always.

Turn on the mic and 20+ animated backgrounds move with what's playing in the room — each in its own way. With frequency and sensitivity controls. Available on Pro and Church plans.

Turn the microphone on once and the background stops being a loop that repeats the same way all service long: it breathes, pulses and swells with the band. • **20+ backgrounds, each with its own reaction.** It isn't one effect applied to everything: Aurora swells on sustained notes, Faulty Terminal glitches and grows its digits on every hit, Floating Lines adds lines as the volume rises, Lightning flashes harder. Reactive backgrounds are marked with a microphone icon in the gallery. • **The Halo de Luz template reacts too**, so the glow behind the lyrics grows with the song. • **You choose which frequencies to listen to** — All, Bass (kick and bass), Mids (vocals and guitar) or Treble (cymbals) — or dial the range in Hz by hand. There's a sensitivity control as well, because a room mic and a console feed are not the same thing. • The engine separates **sustain** from **punch**: a held pad grows the background gradually, a snare hits it and lets go right away. It isn't a volume meter blinking. **Worth knowing:** the sound is captured on the operator's computer and reaches the screens opened **on that same computer**. Screens connected over the network (a phone, another computer, remote OBS) keep working normally, but don't receive the audio. Switch it on from the sidebar, and configure it in Style → Background → Audio reactive. Available from the Pro plan.

We added 4 lightweight backgrounds to the FREE plan — from 3 to 7 backgrounds available with no upgrade needed.

The FREE plan only had 3 animated backgrounds. We added 4 more, chosen for being the lightest to render: Spectrum, Squares, Constellation and Halftone Wave. The more elaborate backgrounds (Prism, Aurora, Plasma, Dither and the rest of the catalog) remain available on the Pro and Church plans, including the newest batch shipped this same week. You'll see it right away in Style → Background, no extra steps needed.

Style → Background now clearly separates 3D Background from Media, you can drag your file straight in, and fine-tune position, empty-space fill and grain — all reflected instantly.

The Background tab in Style was reorganized to clearly choose between **3D Background** (the usual animated ones) or **Media** (an image or video). • To add a file you can now **drag and drop it** straight into the panel, without leaving the screen — picking from your library is still there as an alternative. Your plan's storage limit still applies as always. • Position, fit (Contain, Cover or Stretch) and every other control now show up instantly, both in the preview and on the real output. • With "Contain", if there's empty space left around the image you choose how to fill it: with a **solid color** (the one you already set in Style) or with a **blurred** copy of the same image — the treatment Spotify or Apple Music use behind a cover. • We added adjustable **grain**, with its own intensity and grain size (Fine, Medium, Coarse or Extreme), for a more analog texture on any background. Find it in Style → Background → Media.

Reordering is now drag and drop, plain-text items can be edited without deleting and re-creating them, and the operator can accept everything pending at once.

The Preacher Portal gets used every week — this round improves exactly what happens most: adding and ordering. • **Drag-and-drop reordering**, with a dedicated handle that works the same with a mouse or a finger (the arrows are still there as a fallback). • A plain-text item that's already been added can be **edited in place** — title, description and an optional category (Announcement, Prayer, Praise, Testimony, Other) — instead of having to delete and retype it. • The summary of how many verses and items are left is now **above the search box**, always visible, not only after a failed attempt. • On the operator side, an **"Accept everything pending"** button avoids accepting one by one when a lot of passages come in. • The "already sent" state now shows the real list of what was submitted, so the preacher can double-check it. No changes to how the link itself is generated or shared.

Create a request for each service so your worship team can pick the setlist, add chords, and send it back to you — with the same security as the Preacher Portal. Available on Pro and Church plans.

From Plan, the **Requests** button now opens a picker: Preacher or Musician. Choose Musician, give the service any title you want (e.g. "Sunday morning service") and share the private link with your worship team — no account or password needed. • Your team sees a panel with the service's setlist on one side, and searches for songs on the other: first in your library, then online, and if it's nowhere to be found they can add it by hand. • Reordering the setlist is drag and drop. • The chord editor lets you write and transpose chords by scale degree (Nashville Number System) with a key picker — the preview updates live, showing the real chord over each line. • When the team is done, they send it to you and you get an email notification — no need to keep watching the screen. From there you review it, accept what applies, and approving publishes the songs straight to the Plan, in the order your team set. Available from the Pro plan. Find it in Plan → Requests → Musician.

Free-canvas templates already placed in the Plan are now linked to "My Templates" — editing the design updates it everywhere you've used it, no need to re-add it. Plus, paging through a multi-page canvas template is now smooth.

Until now, adding a free-canvas template to the Plan froze a snapshot of its design at that moment — if you tweaked it later in "My Templates," the item already placed kept showing the old version forever, and you had to remove it and add it again to pick up the change. Not anymore. A Plan item built from a free-canvas template is now **linked** to it: change a color, move an element, or tweak the text in "My Templates," save, and the item already placed in any service reflects it instantly — the next time you project it, it already shows the new design. If you delete the template, the item doesn't break: it just keeps the last version it saw. While we were at it, if your template has multiple internal pages, paging through them during projection is now smooth — the same transition quality song templates already have, with no hard cuts and no flash of the workspace's background in between. The "Edit" button on a plan item built from a free-canvas template now takes you straight to the template's editor, so the flow stays this simple: edit in one place, see it everywhere. We expanded the font picker with modern, serif and display families, plus official Helvetica, Acumin and Roc Grotesk variants.

We expanded the font library so every presentation can find a more distinctive voice. The Style font picker now includes over 30 new families alongside the ones you already know. New additions include Helvetica Neue LT Pro, Acumin Pro and Roc Grotesk variants (regular, compressed, condensed, wide and extra wide) from Adobe Fonts, plus Manrope, Sora, Figtree, Karla, IBM Plex Sans, Archivo, Instrument Sans, Schibsted Grotesk and Familjen Grotesk. We also added new serif and display choices for more expressive slides: Fraunces, Bitter, Newsreader, Alegreya, Calluna, Unbounded, Righteous, League Spartan, Staatliches, Coolvetica, Dharma Gothic and IvyPresto Display, together with Caveat and Yellowtail for handwritten styles. Adobe families load from one official source, so they render consistently on every screen. Find them under Style → Text, grouped by category with their available weights.

A background that keeps reprinting itself like a real screenprint, lyrics dissolving into focus through a cloudy blur, and a sentence that bursts into colourful strokes — plus two new text animations in Style.

We added four new animated pieces, each with its own personality: • Screenprint Plate (background, Style): cream paper and one coloured plate, with every edge resolved like a real screenprint — no clean lines, all press texture. Also comes with colour palette presets. • Screenprint Press (song, Pro): the full screenprint engine, with a different drawing per section of your song — a star for the intro, rings for the verse, wedges for the pre-chorus, bars for the chorus, discs for the bridge — always on the same paper. The lyric's typography also changes shape and position by section. • Blur Reveal (song, free): a colour panel per section with the lyric dissolving into focus through an animated cloudy blur — now supports multi-line lyrics. • Living Plate (content, Pro): the Screenprint Press engine running free, with its six drawings and factory palettes, and your title on a tag. • Loud Burst (content, Pro): a five-word sentence types itself in and one word bursts into hand-drawn colourful strokes — with ready-made ecclesiastical phrases or your own text, editable colours and an optional reference caption. We also added two new text animations under Style → Effects, usable on Bible verses, songs or free text: **Blur Reveal** (the text reveals through a clearing blur) and **Kinetic Pill** (each letter briefly flashes into a solid highlight before settling). Three new ways to animate your song lyrics, plus two new animated backgrounds (Checker Conveyor and Perforated Mesh) also available in Style.

We added three new song templates, each with its own personality: • Letterpress: lyrics enter on axis and stamp in flat layers, with hard cuts between sections instead of fades — a stop-start typographic poster. • Woven Mesh: Checker Conveyor and Perforated Mesh take turns as the background by section, with the lyric on a full-width solid bar. It's free, available on the Free plan. • Wild Type: the lyric types in, inflates and warps on every slide — a kinetic typographic effect that changes colour by section. Checker Conveyor and Perforated Mesh are also available as an animated background in Style, with their own palette, colour and speed controls — you don't need the templates to use them. Letterpress and Wild Type require the Pro plan; find them in Templates → Songs.

The Add button in Plan, the Drawer and Presenter now searches Bible verses (even ranges), songs, documents and images — perfect for adding something urgent mid-service.

We redesigned the Add button: it's now a search that scans all your content at once — Bible verses (even ranges like "John 3:1-16", which split automatically into several slides), songs, documents and images. Pick a result and the item is added to the plan instantly, with no extra screen. It's available in three places: the Plan page, the side Drawer and now Presenter too — with a compact version built for finding something fast mid-service, for those last-minute moments.

A countdown can contain other plan items and rotate them while the clock runs. Plus a new Countdown tab in Style to design the timer.

The ten minutes before a service started were ten minutes of a single screen: the clock, and nothing else. If you wanted to run announcements you had to choose — the timer, or the announcements. **Now a countdown can carry content inside it.** You drag plan items (images, videos, text, templates, QR codes) **onto** the countdown item and they nest inside it. When you project it, those items **rotate on their own** every few seconds, on a loop, while the timer keeps running on screen. **The timer decides how it shares the screen.** You can have it **push the content aside** — it reserves a strip and the announcements lay out in what's left, never covered — or **overlay** it on top. On any of the four edges (top, bottom, left, right), at whatever size you give it, and showing the countdown's own text too if you want. **It's driven from the Presenter.** While the block runs you have previous announcement, next, pause, resume and stop right there. If something runs long you pause and the timer keeps going; if you want to skip ahead an announcement, you skip it without touching the clock. **And a new tab in Style: Countdown.** That is where you design, once and for the whole workspace, the bar that stays on screen: four timer designs (Segments, Minimal, Dramatic, Focus), the full palette (surface, numbers and text, accent, border, segment background), surface and frame (opacity, backdrop blur, corner radius, border width and opacity, depth) and the numbers themselves (timer scale, label scale, accent glow, inner spacing, numeric or theme typeface, separator, uppercase). It is an **optional override, field by field**: anything you don't touch keeps inheriting from each countdown item, and **“Reset to inherited”** clears whatever you set. The preview comes with controls to simulate placement, size and behaviour — those only change the simulation; the real placement is still chosen on each countdown in the plan. **Also: moving several items at once in the Plan.** Dragging with a multi-selection now dims **every** selected row, not just the one you grabbed, and where you are about to drop reads **“Drop N items here”**. On release each moved row shows its “Moved” tag and the selection clears itself.

Every file in the library joins the active service in one click. Also fixed: the error when reordering items, and the YouTube video that got added several times.

Media had a **Project** button that sent a file straight to the screens, skipping the plan entirely. That is the opposite of how a service gets prepared: whatever goes on screen on Sunday should be in the list, in its place, before it starts. **That button is now “Add to Plan”.** It sits on each grid card's hover overlay and in the footer of the detail panel. One click adds the file to the **active service** as a Video item (a local video or a YouTube one) or an Image item (an image or a PDF, on whichever page you are looking at), carrying over the framing and scale already saved on the file. If no service is selected in Plan yet, it tells you instead of adding into nothing. **Reordering items returned an error.** Dragging an item to a new position looked right on screen, but the order never made it to the server: the request failed and the list snapped back to its previous order. Fixed — the new order now sticks. **The YouTube video got added several times.** Pressing “Add” more than once — or while it was still loading — left one copy of the video per click. The button now locks while the video is being added, so it only goes in once.

A new Content tab, verses per slide, margins, named fit modes and preview on the real screen.

**Verses per slide.** You now choose how many verses share a screen. Going from 3 to 1 projects the text up to 80% larger. Under Style → Content → Scripture. New accounts start at 1 per slide; existing accounts keep exactly what they have until you change it. **A new Content tab.** Scripture can have its own size, margins and alignment, separate from song lyrics. There used to be one style for everything, so enlarging scripture also blew up your songs. Anything you leave untouched still inherits the base style. **Real margins.** Four controls (top, bottom, left, right) plus presets — and while you drag them the text box is drawn over the preview so you can see exactly where it lands. **Named fit modes.** Fixed, Shrink, Grow and shrink, and the new **More slides**: instead of shrinking the text until it fits, it holds the size and spreads the content over more slides. This is what churches that project large scripture do. **Preview on output.** You can try your changes on the actual projector before saving, from Style or from Screen Studio. Exiting puts the screen back to whatever it was showing. **Also:** preview scenes (song, scripture, long scripture, text, countdown) so you can test the hard case without waiting for Sunday; a badge showing the real size being projected and warning you when it's too small; and a font specimen with accents and ñ, so you don't discover a font is missing the Ñ while projecting the word "Señor".

Version 2.4.1 adds three operator layouts, responsive and custom sizing, clearer song sections and saved preferences.

Presenter View now adapts to the way each team works: • Three layouts: Horizontal to scan all content, Columns to keep plan items, slides and previews side by side, and Focus to prioritize what is live and what comes next. • Responsive cards: S, M and L show up to 6, 4 or 3 tiles per row on roomy screens and automatically reduce the count when space gets tighter. Custom lets you choose an exact width. • Adjustable text: presets or a Custom control to balance readability with the number of visible slides. • Easier song navigation: every tile stays at 16:9 and its footer shows the section, index and a distinctive color. • Workspace preferences: customization saves when leaving Presenter, and only when something changed. • Better performance: previews keep 3D backgrounds static so they are not regenerated while card sizes change.

When creating a song you can now search for it by name and pull in its lyrics automatically. We also redesigned the section editor along the way.

The "+" button in Songs now opens two options: "Add manually" (as before) or "Search song online". With the second one, you type the song name (and optionally the artist) and results appear with cover art, album and duration. Pick one and the lyrics are split automatically into verses and choruses — same as pasting or importing text — ready to review before saving. When the original text had no section headers, a notice reminds you to review the labels (automatic detection doesn't always tell a Bridge or Pre-Chorus apart from a Verse). Songs without transcribed lyrics show as disabled. We also redesigned the editor: the live preview now opens separately with a button, so sections get the full width; chords are added from a contextual button on the section you're editing; and any section can be split in half with one click, as many times as needed.

Saveable text styles, chroma key on camera/capture, OBS entry animations and more.

A big round of visual-customization upgrades: **Saveable text styles.** Build a combination of font, color, shadow and other text settings you like, save it with a name, and apply it later on top of any background with one click — no need to rebuild it from scratch. **Chroma key on camera and capture.** If you use a live camera or capture another window as a background, you can now remove a color (green screen, blue screen, or whatever you need) so the stage or animated background behind it shows through. **OBS overlay entry animation.** Content no longer snaps in instantly: choose fade, slide in any direction, zoom or blur, with the duration you prefer. Also: adjustable letter spacing, free numeric font size and line height, automatic Ken Burns on image backgrounds, an optional solid OBS background, drag-and-drop reordering of stage monitor blocks, and a more realistic next-slide thumbnail on that same monitor.

We raised the item-per-service limit on Free from 12 to 18 — more room to build the full service without upgrading.

The Free plan now allows up to 18 items per service (was 12). If you were already close to the old limit, the new one applies automatically — nothing to do on your end. We also improved the message you see at the limit: the add buttons in Scripture, Songs and Templates now show a clear tooltip explaining the plan limit instead of doing nothing.

Turn a phone, a tablet or a smart TV into a projection screen by scanning a QR code — no need to plug it into the computer running the service.

Until now, adding a screen or a stage monitor meant opening it from the same computer running the plan. Now there's a second way: a network button next to "Screen" and "Stage monitor", in the output controls, opens a QR code — scan it from the device you want to use as the screen and it's paired and live. It doesn't need to be on the same WiFi network as the operator's computer: it works from any connection with internet, just like the remote control already did. The link carries an access code that expires on its own, so it doesn't stay open forever, and it counts against your plan's screen limit the same as one opened on the same computer.

New designs for scripture, welcome moments, messages and songs: editorial typography, generative backgrounds, configurable color and animations that follow every musical section.

We added a new template collection with a more editorial, expressive visual direction, built to work across every screen format. • Scripture Orbit presents Bible passages on white with a three-dimensional red sphere built entirely from gradients. Text fits and paginates automatically, the reference stays in place at every ratio, and the “Meditate on” heading is now customizable. Available on Pro. • Spectrum Welcome brings a high-impact welcome to a textured black stage, pairing oversized typography with a spectral color band. It is simple, direct, logo-free and also available on the Free plan. • Condensed Manifesto combines Sofia Sans Extra Condensed, a teal-and-coral palette, diagonal texture and a tilted handwritten intervention. Real auto-fit lets the statement occupy the canvas boldly without overflowing in 16:9, ultrawide, vertical or 4:3. Available on Pro. The song collection also grows with three new directions: • Glory Prism recreates cinematic, defocused light leaks without relying on images: organic amber, orange, cyan and blue fields shift their pulse and temperature across verse, pre-chorus, chorus and bridge. • Radiant Spectrum begins as a glowing magenta-and-blue frame. Its energy expands with every section until the chorus turns the entire screen into a living, moving gradient. • Living Manifesto translates the condensed poster language into music: a clean intro, editorial verses, outlined pre-chorus, a full color inversion for the chorus and a handwritten bridge. Lyrics enter word by word with stable split text, without size jumps or line changes when the transition ends. Song template settings are now separated into two tabs: Style holds the palette and visual controls; Linking contains song search, automatic section mapping and per-slide adjustments. You can shape the design first and keep it intact while choosing the song to link. Open Templates to explore the collection, then use “Play sections” to watch each design respond live.

Screen Studio now brings physical mounting, camera as a background, the shared canvas between screens and an adjustable edge-blending curve into one place — so two overlapping projectors read as a single image, with no visible seam.

Screen Studio is now the one place to configure every physical screen in your church: • Per-screen mounting and geometry: rotation, mirroring, overscan, a safe text zone and videowall bezel blending. Detect the real resolution of an open output or set it by hand with presets — content adapts on its own, with no black bars. • Camera and screen capture as background: besides animated backgrounds or media, any screen can show a live camera feed or the capture of another window as its background, with framing, brightness, contrast, saturation and a darkening veil so text stays readable on top. • Shared canvas across screens: join two or more congregation screens so they compose one continuous image — a word can cross the seam between two projectors and still read as one word. Role and style are configured once for the whole group. A workspace can run several independent canvases at once. • Adjustable edge blending — the piece that makes two projectors read as one: where two screens overlap, Screen Studio automatically generates a smooth blend across the shared edge, so you can no longer tell where one projector ends and the other begins. Tune the blend curve with a live preview if your projector needs a different calibration — adjusted by looking at the wall, not guessed from the screen. • Live simulator: a toggle replaces each screen's static preview with its real output, right there on the map — no new windows, and it never counts against your plan's screen limit.

This is the biggest release since we started. Three things that change your Sunday: **Install Reuna on your computer** Reuna now installs as a desktop app. Nothing is downloaded and no admin rights are needed: it's the same Reuna, opened in its own window. • No address bar, no tabs to distract you mid-service. • The icon sits right in your dock or taskbar. • Starts faster and copes better when the internet drops. You'll find the "Install app" button in the sidebar, next to the help center. **Choose which screen each output opens on** No more dragging the window to the projector. When you hit "Open" on any output — projection, stage monitor, operator monitor or your Screen Studio screens — Reuna shows you the connected monitors and opens straight on the one you pick, fullscreen and borderless. • Reuna remembers your choice for next time. • Unplug the projector and plug it back in, and the output returns to its screen instead of jumping to your laptop. • Each Screen Studio screen remembers its own monitor. **Escape no longer kills your projection** One tap of Escape used to leave a black screen in front of everyone. The projection is protected now: to leave fullscreen you hold Escape for about two seconds, or use F11. That's deliberate, so it can't drop by accident. From Plan → Preacher link you generate a private link, no account or password needed, for the guest preacher to prepare their part: • The preacher adds Bible passages searching by reference or by text — Reuna verifies every verse against the Bible before it reaches you. • They can also leave title or note ideas ("Title: The love of God · Series: Roots") for you to build a slide from — these ideas never publish on their own. • You review everything before it touches the Plan. Accept or exclude each item, choose the design for passages, and if something needs work, "Request changes" with a specific note — the preacher sees it right on the item that needs adjusting. • Title or note ideas wait in a floating checklist (Plan and Plan Drawer) so you never miss one: publish them as plain text with one click, or dismiss them. • The link expires after 7 days on its own and can be revoked anytime. Three improvements we owed you: • **Shared library across campuses (CHURCH):** the song and service library is now shared across every workspace in your church group, just like Media already was — load a song once and it's available across every campus. • **Connection notice:** if the internet drops, the app keeps working from the last saved data — now a discreet "Offline" notice tells you what's going on, and "Connection restored" once you're back. • **Cleaner lyrics on import:** when you paste or import lyrics with no section headers, the chorus is now detected **by content** (a block that repeats) instead of by position — a real second verse no longer gets mislabeled as the chorus.

You can now invite people to your workspace and assign a role — Admin, Operator or Member — that controls what they can see, edit and project.

Reuna now has real teams, not just a shared account: • Invite via link: from Settings → Team you generate a secure invite link (expires in 7 days) to share via WhatsApp or email. The invited person signs in or creates an account with the invited email and joins the workspace automatically — no password sharing required. • Four roles with real permissions: Owner (full control, including billing), Admin (manages team, content and styles), Operator (edits the plan, songs and media, and projects live) and Member (read-only — sees the plan and libraries without editing or projecting). Permissions apply across the whole app: plan, songs, scripture, media, styles, MIDI, screens and settings. • Preview mode for the Member role: instead of seeing everything locked, a Member can select songs, verses or any plan item and see a local preview — with the real on-screen look — without anything ever reaching the actual projection. • Plan-based limits: up to 1 member on Free, 5 on Pro and 10 on Church. The seat counter and a summary of what each role can do live in Settings → Team. • Safe management: changing someone's role requires explicit confirmation, and the workspace owner can never be removed or demoted.

We revamped the Templates experience. The gallery now loads in pages and shows designs still and crisp as soon as the fonts finish loading; hover over a card and its animation comes to life. In the editor, hovering or focusing a field highlights the matching content in the preview, so you always know what you are changing. And verses are now picked with the Bible search in more templates (baptisms, communion and the new announcement screens): if the passage is long, it splits automatically into several slides — the editor tells you how many and the preview shows the first one.

We added six new templates to the gallery. "Gilded Communion" is a four-page pack for the Lord's Supper, with refined serif type, gold and deep wine tones: invitation, the bread, the cup and reflection. "Baptism Waters" is another four-page pack to celebrate baptisms, with animated water ripples, fresh aqua tones and a list of names. "LED Screen Magenta" is a high-impact four-page set: vibrant magenta, white shapes, animated ribbons in the corners and grain texture. "Stage Screen Green" is its minimal counterpart: light paper, an aurora-green glow, light typography and technical labels, also across four pages. "Surrendered Worship" creates an immersive moment with a rising beam of light, built around worship as a surrendered life. And "Scripture Quotation" presents Bible passages on aged paper with a giant quotation mark, paginating automatically when the text runs long. This release also debuts the Communion category. We redesigned OBS with independent styles per content type (Lyrics, Scripture, Text, QR code and Countdown), added configurable highlight colors on screen and in OBS, independent text sizes (body, description and per content), an OBS "Text" style, independent QR size and a collapsible font picker.

This update bundles several improvements you asked for: • Highlight in your color: the highlight (==text==) on bodies, verses and QR labels uses the accent color from Styles. You can also pick its background and text color, with a dedicated assignment for the screen (Styles → Text) and another for OBS. • Independent text sizes: an S/M/L/XL scale for the body of text items and for the QR description, without touching the titles. The QR code size adjusts apart from the text. • Redesigned per-content OBS: the font, weight, style and visible types stay pinned at the top; below you pick which content to style (Lyrics, Scripture, Text, QR code or Countdown) and each one has its own position, plate, size and color. The preview syncs and includes buttons for every content type. • OBS "Text" style: for text items and templates with eyebrow, title and description, each with its own size. And the OBS QR code size adjusts separately from the text. • Collapsible font picker: the font list is now an accordion —in Text, in OBS and when editing a song style in the studio— so you find your typeface faster.

The version picker now groups translations by language and shows your app language first, so you find yours faster. We added Brazilian Portuguese across the whole app and website. Switch languages from the flag picker: Spanish (Argentina), English (USA) and Portuguese (Brazil).

The language switcher now shows flags and lives in the site header and at the bottom of the app sidebar, where it opens upward. Your choice is remembered automatically for next time.

PDFs and PowerPoint presentations now project page by page, just like songs or scripture: with a preview of every slide and arrow-key navigation.

Upload a PDF or a PowerPoint file (.pptx) in Media and it automatically becomes a slide sequence. When you add it to the plan you will see a grid with a preview of every page, and you can project them one at a time with the ←/→ arrows, just like a song or a passage. It works in the Plan, the side panel and Presenter mode, with the live slide highlighted and the next one shown in the "Next" card. PowerPoint files are processed right in your browser, without uploading the file to any external service. If a deck has a very complex design and does not look identical, export it to PDF from PowerPoint and upload that for perfect fidelity.

Choose how the verse reference and text labels are displayed: as a badge, as plain text, and in any color you want.

In Styles → Text you will find the new "Top label" section. You can choose between three modes: Auto (badge for text items, plain text for verses and songs — the usual behavior), Badge (a pill with border and soft background for everything) or Text only. You can also set a custom color or leave it on Auto to use the accent color. The style applies to both verse references and the top label of text items, on every screen.

Dynamic sizing now calculates space better: long verses no longer get cut off at the top or bottom, and the text uses the configured maximum width.

Dynamic size mode now measures text exactly as it is projected: it accounts for uppercase and italics, waits for the typeface to load so it measures with real metrics, and reserves space for the top reference. The result: long verses like Philippians 3:20 no longer overflow the screen and always respect the margins and maximum width chosen in Styles. Preview and output now look identical.

Add chords in Nashville degree notation directly into song lyrics in the Studio — they appear above each line on the stage monitor for musicians.

In the Studio you can write chords in degree format (e.g. [1], [4], [b7]) directly inside each section's lyrics. Chords are key-independent: you assign the base key on the song and Reuna transposes them automatically. You can also override the key per item from the plan drawer. On the stage monitor, chords appear above each lyric line with the absolute chord name (C, G, F#, etc.), and there is a badge showing the active key in the corner. Public outputs (verse, stream) never show the chords.

In the Style page you will find the new "Stage" tab. From there you can choose from predefined presets (classic, compact, minimalist, etc.) or manually configure which blocks are shown and in which position: current slide, next slide, song title, chord key, timer, clock, item counter and connection status. Each block has alignment and text style options. There is also a live preview of the monitor so you can see exactly how it will look before projecting.

Project lyrics, scripture and countdowns directly into your stream as an overlay in OBS, vMix or any streaming software.

The new OBS output is accessed from the streaming icon on the plan screen (requires PRO or CHURCH plan). Add the URL as a Browser Source in OBS and you will see content synchronized in real time: song lyrics as lower-thirds, scripture verses with reference, and countdowns. You can configure the position (top, center, bottom), text color, accent color, scale, safe-area margins, font (Onest or Bebas Neue) and the translucent backing plate. You can also filter which content types are shown: songs, scripture, custom items and/or countdowns.

Rehearsal mode now works correctly, stage monitor supports multiple windows based on the plan, and the operator monitor has exclusive access with its own color.

Rehearsal mode: previously blocked all events; now events correctly reach the stage monitor and operator, while public outputs (verse and stream) ignore them. Multiple monitors: up to 2 stage monitors can be open on PRO and 4 on CHURCH simultaneously. Operator monitor: limited to 1 active instance, detected in real time via PONG. Send a real-time text message to the musician or sound engineer monitor directly from the plan screen, without interrupting the projection.

The message field appears in the right panel of the plan (requires PRO or CHURCH plan). The text arrives as an animated alert that slides in from the top center of the monitor — both on the stage monitor and the operator monitor. You can set how long it stays visible: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes or 5 minutes. The field clears automatically after sending.

Presenter mode (/presenter) received a full update. Scroll now covers the whole screen and arrow keys automatically scroll the focused tile into view. The "Next" preview shows real content for every item type: countdown with its timer, announcements, clock, YouTube videos with thumbnail, images and media galleries. Section shortcuts assigned in Studio (C, E, V, etc.) work directly — press the same key multiple times to cycle through all slides with that label. R triggers the clock, B blanks the screen, L shows the logo. Rail item borders now show the type color with subtle opacity.

Supported formats are OpenLyrics XML, plain text files with blank-line or section-header separation, and native ProPresenter 6 files.

The first slide of every song appears as "Blank start" in the slide panel. When projected, the screen shows blank (with the active background) without any lyrics. This lets you have the song ready and choose exactly when to start with the first verse.

The flicker that occurred when switching between items with different animated backgrounds has been eliminated. Transitions are now completely smooth from start to finish.

The issue was that at the end of a transition, the system discarded the incoming background and recreated a new one, causing a brief flash. Now backgrounds swap roles (active ↔ incoming) without remounting the WebGL canvas, eliminating any reinitialization and the associated flicker.
