Changelog

Every update, improvement and fix. We build Reuna in public so you always know what is changing.

New: Preacher Portal

New feature

Generate a private link so a guest preacher can send you Bible passages and title ideas without needing an account. You review everything before it enters the Plan. Available on Pro and Church plans.

No more back-and-forth over WhatsApp to get the sermon's Bible passages. From Plan → Preacher link you generate a private link, no account or password needed, for the guest preacher to prepare their part: • The preacher adds Bible passages searching by reference or by text — Reuna verifies every verse against the Bible before it reaches you. • They can also leave title or note ideas ("Title: The love of God · Series: Roots") for you to build a slide from — these ideas never publish on their own. • You review everything before it touches the Plan. Accept or exclude each item, choose the design for passages, and if something needs work, "Request changes" with a specific note — the preacher sees it right on the item that needs adjusting. • Title or note ideas wait in a floating checklist (Plan and Plan Drawer) so you never miss one: publish them as plain text with one click, or dismiss them. • The link expires after 7 days on its own and can be revoked anytime. Available from the Pro plan. Find it in Plan → quick library → Preacher link.

Direct support: chat with us from the app

New feature

New support chat with a real person from the team. Tap the floating bubble at the bottom right, write whenever you want and we reply in the same thread — with a counter on the bubble when there's an answer.

You can now talk directly with the Reuna team, without leaving the app: • Tap the support bubble at the bottom right (or "Support" in your profile menu) — a chat with us opens. • It's one ongoing thread: write whenever you want, close the app without worrying, and your conversation waits right where you left it. • When we reply, the bubble shows a counter and a dot appears on your profile so you don't miss it. • If we're online you'll see it in the chat; otherwise we usually reply within a few hours. The feedback button is still there for ideas and suggestions — the chat is for when you need a hand.

Improvements: shared library, offline mode and cleaner lyrics

Improvement

Three small but practical improvements: shared library across campuses on CHURCH, a connection notice, and content-based chorus auto-tagging on import.

Three improvements we owed you: • **Shared library across campuses (CHURCH):** the song and service library is now shared across every workspace in your church group, just like Media already was — load a song once and it's available across every campus. • **Connection notice:** if the internet drops, the app keeps working from the last saved data — now a discreet "Offline" notice tells you what's going on, and "Connection restored" once you're back. • **Cleaner lyrics on import:** when you paste or import lyrics with no section headers, the chorus is now detected **by content** (a block that repeats) instead of by position — a real second verse no longer gets mislabeled as the chorus.

Pre-service loop: rotating background + countdown

New feature

Before the service starts, project a rotating selection of images with a countdown to the start time — it transitions itself to the logo when it hits zero.

A new pre-service loop, for those minutes before things kick off when the screen is just sitting there waiting: • "Pre-service" button next to Blank/Black/Logo/Clock in Plan. • Pick one or more images from your Media library — they rotate on their own with a smooth transition every N seconds. • A countdown overlay targeting the exact service start time. • When it hits zero, every screen transitions itself to the logo — no need to keep the Plan tab open or watch the clock.

Quick search: project with ⌘K from anywhere

New feature

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) from any workspace screen to search a song or type a Bible reference and project it instantly.

A new global quick search, built for the moment you need to project something right now: • Opens with ⌘K / Ctrl+K from any screen, or the "Quick search" button in the sidebar. • Search a song by title and project it instantly. • Type a Bible reference (e.g. "John 3:16") and it projects directly — perfect for when the pastor quotes a verse that wasn't in the plan. • Quick actions without leaving the current screen: Blank screen, Black, Logo, Clock, or jump straight to Plan/Songs/Scripture/Settings. • Available to roles that can project live (Owner, Admin, Operator).

Invite your team: roles and permissions

New feature

You can now invite people to your workspace and assign a role — Admin, Operator or Member — that controls what they can see, edit and project.

Reuna now has real teams, not just a shared account: • Invite via link: from Settings → Team you generate a secure invite link (expires in 7 days) to share via WhatsApp or email. The invited person signs in or creates an account with the invited email and joins the workspace automatically — no password sharing required. • Four roles with real permissions: Owner (full control, including billing), Admin (manages team, content and styles), Operator (edits the plan, songs and media, and projects live) and Member (read-only — sees the plan and libraries without editing or projecting). Permissions apply across the whole app: plan, songs, scripture, media, styles, MIDI, screens and settings. • Preview mode for the Member role: instead of seeing everything locked, a Member can select songs, verses or any plan item and see a local preview — with the real on-screen look — without anything ever reaching the actual projection. • Plan-based limits: up to 1 member on Free, 5 on Pro and 10 on Church. The seat counter and a summary of what each role can do live in Settings → Team. • Safe management: changing someone's role requires explicit confirmation, and the workspace owner can never be removed or demoted.

Animated templates for your songs

New feature

New "Songs" tab in Templates: templates that follow your song's sections. Verses stay calm, the pre-chorus builds and the chorus explodes — animated text, different positions and backgrounds that shift intensity, all automatic.

A new template system built for worship: templates that understand your song's structure. • Every section gets its own style: verses project calm and readable, the pre-chorus builds, the chorus lands huge with word-by-word animation and the bridge drops to a whisper. Positions, typography and background energy change on their own with each part of the song. • Continuous background: the animated background runs uninterrupted through the whole song — only the text animates in and out. Intensity and grain rise on the chorus; everything dims on the bridge. • Link it once and you're done: pick a song and every slide maps automatically from its label (Verse, Pre-Chorus, Chorus, Bridge…). Want something different? Change any slide's section with one click. If a slide has too much text for its section, we flag it so you can trim it. From then on the song projects with its template from the Plan, the Presenter or the drawer. • The Intro projects the background only — perfect for instrumental moments. • Real 3D backgrounds: the templates run the app's own animated backgrounds (Plasma, Aurora, Grainient), re-tuned live per section — more speed, warp and grain on the chorus; nearly still on the bridge. • 5 templates to start: Kinetic Pulse (type in motion with an electric-gradient chorus), Editorial Impact (poster-style color blocks), LED Magenta (the LED pack's grainy magenta wall with its spinning shapes, PRO), Green Paper (minimal editorial on light paper with a green glow, PRO) and Aurora (the green band from Aurora Welcome under a sky that ignites on the chorus, PRO). Go to Templates → Songs, hit "Play sections" and watch it live.

A new visual version of Reuna

Highlight

We refreshed the app and website with a cleaner identity, unified typography, better contrast and a more consistent experience across every screen.

This batch goes with the app and website redesign: • Unified typography with Anton + Onest. • A more consistent teal accent across the product. • More stable headers, buttons and sections across screens. • Better app contrast and improved mobile navigation.

Smarter Bible search

New feature

You can now search references like "John 3 16" or chapters like "John 13", with prioritized results and accent-insensitive matching.

Search now understands references and chapters, not just loose text: • "John 3 16" opens a highlighted result for quick add or projection. • "John 13" lists the chapter so you can choose verses. • Text search ignores accents and ranks stronger matches first. • Available in Scripture, Plan Quick Add and Plan Drawer.

TXT import and Studio autosave

Improvement

We improved .txt file and pasted-text imports so full song lists are detected, and added subtle autosave while editing.

Studio is smoother for preparing songs: • The .txt picker and drag and drop add songs to the preview. • Pasting a full list can detect several songs at once. • The preview shows results and focuses automatically. • The editor saves subtly when you finish phrases or stop typing.

More media control in the Plan

New feature

Image, video, document and gallery items now share clearer options: Cover, Contain, Logo, global or black background, size and manual positioning when needed.

Plan and Plan Drawer media items now behave more consistently: • Cover, Contain and Logo modes. • Global or black background per item. • Size and manual position when the mode needs it. • Changes to the active item are reflected in the output after saving.

Native dialogs and steadier projection

Fix

Browser alerts were replaced with in-app dialogs, and media upload warnings now help avoid surprises when an output is running fullscreen.

Fewer interruptions while presenting: • Native confirmations for sensitive actions like deleting items. • Studio tries to save before changing songs or leaving. • Media upload warnings explain when drag and drop is the better path. • Less dependence on browser alerts that can affect fullscreen outputs.

The website now shows Reuna more clearly

Highlight

We added faithful real-template miniatures, new live animated backgrounds, a richer visual bento, cleaner mobile navigation and a stronger branded footer.

The website received a major product and design pass: • Faithful miniatures of real app templates. • New live animated backgrounds: Dark Veil, Silk, Pixel Blast, Dither and Vitral. • A renewed visual bento with replicas closer to the product. • Clearer mobile navigation and a footer with a stronger Reuna wordmark.

The Templates screen is now faster and smarter

Improvement

Paginated gallery with instant previews, highlighting of the field you are editing, and verses that split into multiple slides on their own.

We revamped the Templates experience. The gallery now loads in pages and shows designs still and crisp as soon as the fonts finish loading; hover over a card and its animation comes to life. In the editor, hovering or focusing a field highlights the matching content in the preview, so you always know what you are changing. And verses are now picked with the Bible search in more templates (baptisms, communion and the new announcement screens): if the passage is long, it splits automatically into several slides — the editor tells you how many and the preview shows the first one.

6 new templates: communion, baptisms, worship and more

New feature

Four multislide packs (Communion, baptisms and two high-impact announcement sets) plus two new worship and scripture templates, each with its own art direction.

We added six new templates to the gallery. "Gilded Communion" is a four-page pack for the Lord's Supper, with refined serif type, gold and deep wine tones: invitation, the bread, the cup and reflection. "Baptism Waters" is another four-page pack to celebrate baptisms, with animated water ripples, fresh aqua tones and a list of names. "LED Screen Magenta" is a high-impact four-page set: vibrant magenta, white shapes, animated ribbons in the corners and grain texture. "Stage Screen Green" is its minimal counterpart: light paper, an aurora-green glow, light typography and technical labels, also across four pages. "Surrendered Worship" creates an immersive moment with a rising beam of light, built around worship as a surrendered life. And "Scripture Quotation" presents Bible passages on aged paper with a giant quotation mark, paginating automatically when the text runs long. This release also debuts the Communion category. Find them in the Templates gallery; they require the Pro plan.

Plan and editing improvements

New feature

We fixed Plan reordering and added multi-select, inserting items in between, a switch to hide the Layout bar, a resizable preview panel and QR code alignment in OBS.

What is new in this update: • Plan reordering: fixed an issue that could leave sections in a different position than shown after reordering. • Multi-select (Plan and Songs): pick several sections to move as a block or delete them together. • Insert in between: a "+" button between two elements adds one at that position. • Hide the Layout bar: a new option in Styles → Layout. • Resizable Plan preview panel. • QR code alignment in OBS.

OBS & text improvements: per-content styles, highlight in your color and independent sizes

New feature

We redesigned OBS with independent styles per content type (Lyrics, Scripture, Text, QR code and Countdown), added configurable highlight colors on screen and in OBS, independent text sizes (body, description and per content), an OBS "Text" style, independent QR size and a collapsible font picker.

This update bundles several improvements you asked for: • Highlight in your color: the highlight (==text==) on bodies, verses and QR labels uses the accent color from Styles. You can also pick its background and text color, with a dedicated assignment for the screen (Styles → Text) and another for OBS. • Independent text sizes: an S/M/L/XL scale for the body of text items and for the QR description, without touching the titles. The QR code size adjusts apart from the text. • Redesigned per-content OBS: the font, weight, style and visible types stay pinned at the top; below you pick which content to style (Lyrics, Scripture, Text, QR code or Countdown) and each one has its own position, plate, size and color. The preview syncs and includes buttons for every content type. • OBS "Text" style: for text items and templates with eyebrow, title and description, each with its own size. And the OBS QR code size adjusts separately from the text. • Collapsible font picker: the font list is now an accordion —in Text, in OBS and when editing a song style in the studio— so you find your typeface faster.

More Bible versions: Portuguese and Spanish

New feature

We added 16 Portuguese versions (Almeida, NVI-PT, NVT, NAA, ACF and more) and two new Spanish ones, available in the Scripture search, the plan quick-add bar and the plan drawer.

We added 16 Portuguese translations —including Almeida Revista e Atualizada (ARA), Nova Almeida Atualizada (NAA), Nova Versão Internacional (NVI-PT), Nova Versão Transformadora (NVT), Almeida Corrigida Fiel (ACF), Nova Tradução na Linguagem de Hoje (NTLH) and more— plus two new Spanish ones (Reina Valera Gómez 2004 and La Biblia Textual). The version picker now groups translations by language and shows your app language first, so you find yours faster. It is available everywhere you look up Scripture: the Scripture page, the plan add bar and the plan drawer. It all works with the side-by-side two-version comparison too.

Reuna is now in Portuguese (Brazil)

New feature

We added Brazilian Portuguese across the whole app and website. Switch languages from the flag picker: Spanish (Argentina), English (USA) and Portuguese (Brazil).

Reuna now speaks Portuguese. We translated the entire app and website into Brazilian Portuguese: menus, service plan, stage monitor, OBS, templates, billing and more. The language switcher now shows flags and lives in the site header and at the bottom of the app sidebar, where it opens upward. Your choice is remembered automatically for next time.

PDF and PowerPoint as slides

New feature

PDFs and PowerPoint presentations now project page by page, just like songs or scripture: with a preview of every slide and arrow-key navigation.

Upload a PDF or a PowerPoint file (.pptx) in Media and it automatically becomes a slide sequence. When you add it to the plan you will see a grid with a preview of every page, and you can project them one at a time with the ←/→ arrows, just like a song or a passage. It works in the Plan, the side panel and Presenter mode, with the live slide highlighted and the next one shown in the "Next" card. PowerPoint files are processed right in your browser, without uploading the file to any external service. If a deck has a very complex design and does not look identical, export it to PDF from PowerPoint and upload that for perfect fidelity.

Customizable top label

New feature

Choose how the verse reference and text labels are displayed: as a badge, as plain text, and in any color you want.

In Styles → Text you will find the new "Top label" section. You can choose between three modes: Auto (badge for text items, plain text for verses and songs — the usual behavior), Badge (a pill with border and soft background for everything) or Text only. You can also set a custom color or leave it on Auto to use the accent color. The style applies to both verse references and the top label of text items, on every screen.

More accurate dynamic text

Improvement

Dynamic sizing now calculates space better: long verses no longer get cut off at the top or bottom, and the text uses the configured maximum width.

Dynamic size mode now measures text exactly as it is projected: it accounts for uppercase and italics, waits for the typeface to load so it measures with real metrics, and reserves space for the top reference. The result: long verses like Philippians 3:20 no longer overflow the screen and always respect the margins and maximum width chosen in Styles. Preview and output now look identical.

Chord charts for stage monitor

New feature

Add chords in Nashville degree notation directly into song lyrics in the Studio — they appear above each line on the stage monitor for musicians.

In the Studio you can write chords in degree format (e.g. [1], [4], [b7]) directly inside each section's lyrics. Chords are key-independent: you assign the base key on the song and Reuna transposes them automatically. You can also override the key per item from the plan drawer. On the stage monitor, chords appear above each lyric line with the absolute chord name (C, G, F#, etc.), and there is a badge showing the active key in the corner. Public outputs (verse, stream) never show the chords.

Stage monitor styles

New feature

Configure the layout and blocks of the stage monitor from the new Stage tab in Style — choose from presets or build your own layout block by block.

In the Style page you will find the new "Stage" tab. From there you can choose from predefined presets (classic, compact, minimalist, etc.) or manually configure which blocks are shown and in which position: current slide, next slide, song title, chord key, timer, clock, item counter and connection status. Each block has alignment and text style options. There is also a live preview of the monitor so you can see exactly how it will look before projecting.

OBS Browser Source Output

New feature

Project lyrics, scripture and countdowns directly into your stream as an overlay in OBS, vMix or any streaming software.

The new OBS output is accessed from the streaming icon on the plan screen (requires PRO or CHURCH plan). Add the URL as a Browser Source in OBS and you will see content synchronized in real time: song lyrics as lower-thirds, scripture verses with reference, and countdowns. You can configure the position (top, center, bottom), text color, accent color, scale, safe-area margins, font (Onest or Bebas Neue) and the translucent backing plate. You can also filter which content types are shown: songs, scripture, custom items and/or countdowns.

Improved stage monitors

Improvement

Rehearsal mode now works correctly, stage monitor supports multiple windows based on the plan, and the operator monitor has exclusive access with its own color.

Rehearsal mode: previously blocked all events; now events correctly reach the stage monitor and operator, while public outputs (verse and stream) ignore them. Multiple monitors: up to 2 stage monitors can be open on PRO and 4 on CHURCH simultaneously. Operator monitor: limited to 1 active instance, detected in real time via PONG. Connection indicators on the plan screen now have distinct colors per output type: green (verse), blue (stage), teal (stream) and purple (operator).

Message to stage monitor

New feature

Send a real-time text message to the musician or sound engineer monitor directly from the plan screen, without interrupting the projection.

The message field appears in the right panel of the plan (requires PRO or CHURCH plan). The text arrives as an animated alert that slides in from the top center of the monitor — both on the stage monitor and the operator monitor. You can set how long it stays visible: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes or 5 minutes. The field clears automatically after sending.

Presenter View — redesigned

New feature

Completely redesigned presenter view: keyboard navigation, live preview for every item type, section shortcuts and more.

Presenter mode (/presenter) received a full update. Scroll now covers the whole screen and arrow keys automatically scroll the focused tile into view. The "Next" preview shows real content for every item type: countdown with its timer, announcements, clock, YouTube videos with thumbnail, images and media galleries. Section shortcuts assigned in Studio (C, E, V, etc.) work directly — press the same key multiple times to cycle through all slides with that label. R triggers the clock, B blanks the screen, L shows the logo. Rail item borders now show the type color with subtle opacity.

Presentation Templates

Highlight

Create professional slides in seconds. Choose from welcome, scripture, worship, offering, prayer, sermon templates and more — all auto-adapt to any screen resolution.

Each template has editable fields (title, subtitle, reference, etc.) that you fill in and project. They render full-bleed on the output, with animated transitions and automatic pagination for long content. Available in categories: Welcome, Worship, Scripture, Message, Offering, Prayer, Communion, Announcement, Closing, Event and Custom.

Screen Studio — Multi-screen

Highlight

Control multiple screens from one place. Set up roles, resolutions and independent styles for each output with an interactive canvas.

Drag and position your screens on the canvas to match the real stage layout. Assign roles (main, lyrics, scripture, background, monitor) and customize font, size, color, background and transitions per screen. Real-time preview of each output. Available on PRO and CHURCH plans.

Choose sound when projecting a video

New feature

When projecting a video, a floating tooltip lets you choose muted or with sound. YouTube videos show a thumbnail in the preview.

The prompt appears in both the plan page and the side drawer. Moving the mouse away from the item automatically dismisses the tooltip.

Improved dynamic text

Improvement

Dynamic font size now calculates precisely: text never overflows. Full width on ultra-wide screens and automatic vertical padding.

Font calculation accounts for inter-line margins, eyebrow, body, and dividers. On ultra-wide screens text uses the full available width. Vertical padding was added so content never sticks to the edges.

Clock as a plan item

New feature

Add a clock to the service plan as a standalone item. Project it with the play button or the "R" keyboard shortcut.

The clock appears fullscreen with animated rolling digits. You can add it from the "+" button in the plan, just like a countdown or a song.

Duplicate and add sections in Studio

Improvement

Two new buttons on each section: duplicate (copies the section right below) and add (creates an empty section below with a smart name).

The buttons appear in the control bar of each section. Duplicate copies all content and the name. Add creates an empty section with a suggested name based on context (if the current one is Chorus, it suggests Verse and vice versa).

Drag & drop for song sections

Improvement

Reorder song sections by dragging them with the mouse. The section moves with the cursor and the others shift smoothly to make room.

Use the grip icon (⠿) on the left of each section to start dragging. Neighboring sections animate smoothly as you move. When you drop, the section lands in its new position.

Import songs from files

New feature

Import songs from OpenLyrics (.xml), plain text (.txt), and ProPresenter 6 (.pro6). Select files or drag and drop them, preview the results, and confirm the import.

Find it in Studio → import button (arrow up) or from the link at the bottom of the song list. You can import multiple songs at once and review each one before confirming. Supported formats are OpenLyrics XML, plain text files with blank-line or section-header separation, and native ProPresenter 6 files.

Blank intro slide for every song

New feature

Every song now has a blank first slide. You can project the song and wait for the right moment before showing lyrics.

The first slide of every song appears as "Blank start" in the slide panel. When projected, the screen shows blank (with the active background) without any lyrics. This lets you have the song ready and choose exactly when to start with the first verse.

Background transitions without flicker

Fix

The flicker that occurred when switching between items with different animated backgrounds has been eliminated. Transitions are now completely smooth from start to finish.

The issue was that at the end of a transition, the system discarded the incoming background and recreated a new one, causing a brief flash. Now backgrounds swap roles (active ↔ incoming) without remounting the WebGL canvas, eliminating any reinitialization and the associated flicker.

Reuna now in English and Spanish

New feature

The entire interface is available in English and Spanish. Change the language from your account settings.

The language applies to the whole app: menus, panels, Bible versions, presets, and notifications. If you use Reuna in an English-speaking or multicultural church, you can now switch the language from Settings → Account.

New menu item: Style

New feature

Style now has its own section in the sidebar. From there you can change the background, typography, transitions, and layout of all projection screens globally.

Find it in the menu as "Style". Changes apply globally to all projections in the workspace. You can also override the style individually per song from Studio.

New background: Silk Waves

New feature

Multichromatic silk waves generated by a WebGL shader. A gradient of 8 tones flows and distorts in layers for a cinematic effect.

Available on the Pro plan. Control distortion, frequency, complexity, curve, and brightness to find the style that best suits your worship. Colors automatically adapt to your screen palette.

New background: Halftone Wave

New feature

Animated dots that ripple to the rhythm of fractal noise. Includes controls for density, scale, octaves, sparkles, and blur.

Available on the Pro plan. Find it in the Background section of any screen or song. Adjust the sparkles to bring it to life and the blur for a softer, more organic look.

Timeline & Cues — presentation automation

New feature

Schedule slide changes, black screen, logo, and more with millisecond precision. The timeline starts automatically when you project an item.

Free for 30 days on all plans, including Free. Starting May 5, 2026, it will be exclusive to the Pro plan.

MIDI Control — physical triggers

New feature

Connect a MIDI keyboard or controller to navigate slides, fire cues, and control the presentation with physical buttons in real time.

Free for 30 days on all plans, including Free. Starting May 5, 2026, it will be exclusive to the Pro plan.

Tu feedback construye Reuna

Improvement

New feature
