Screen Studio

Screen Studio lets you control multiple screens with independent roles, geometry and styles — or join them into a shared canvas so they act as one continuous image. Congregation, stage, stream and lobby — all synchronized, all from the browser.

Interactive canvas

See every screen of your church laid out on a single canvas: main projector, stage monitor, lobby TV, vertical side screens. Drag, arrange and configure each one visually, with a live preview of what's actually being projected.

Independent roles per screen

Each output can play a different role: congregation lyrics, stage display with next slide and timer, stream overlay for OBS, or announcements loop for the lobby.

Per-screen mounting and geometry

Rotation, mirroring, overscan, a safe text zone and videowall bezel blending. Define the exact resolution of each screen (or auto-detect it) and the content adapts on its own — whether it's a 16:9 projector, an ultrawide LED wall or a vertical totem, with no black bars.

Shared canvas across screens

Join two or more congregation screens so they compose one continuous image: a word can cross the seam between two projectors and still read as one word. Overlap is tuned with a blend fade or a real gap for projectors mounted apart, and a workspace can run several independent canvases at once.

Camera and screen capture as background

Besides animated backgrounds or media, any screen can show a live camera feed or the capture of another window as its background — with framing, brightness, contrast, saturation and a darkening veil so text stays readable on top.

Live connection status

Every screen reports its status in real time. A green dot means the output window is connected and receiving content; spot a dropped screen before the congregation does.

Independent styling

Typography, background and text overlay can be configured per screen. Bigger lyrics for the back of the room, clean high-contrast text for the stream.

No video hardware required

Each screen is just a browser window — a laptop, Chromecast, smart TV or mini PC. No video splitters, no capture cards, no HDMI matrix.

One operator, every screen

Everything is driven from the service plan: advance one slide and every connected screen updates at once, each one rendering its own role.

Built for volunteer teams

Set up Screen Studio once, save the configuration per workspace, and any volunteer can open the outputs on Sunday by clicking a link.
