1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using the Reuna service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of the service
Reuna is a SaaS platform for churches: projection of song lyrics and Bible verses, remote control and service plan management.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. User accounts
By creating an account, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and you agree to keep your password confidential. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account — you will keep access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and then move to the Free plan without losing any data.
No refunds are issued for partially used periods, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
The Company's total liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
8. Third-party components: NDI®
The Reuna desktop application may include NDI® software (runtime libraries and protocols) of Vizrt NDI AB ("NDI"), used under licence to send video to NDI®-compatible receivers. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB (https://ndi.video/). Reuna is not a product of NDI nor sponsored by NDI. The included NDI® software is © Vizrt NDI AB and its licensors; all rights reserved.
Regarding the NDI® software included in the application, you agree: (i) not to modify it, in whole or in part; (ii) not to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or recompile it, or attempt to do so, including the protocols it uses, whether transmitted or received over a network or used inside the computer, physical or virtual, on which it runs; (iii) not to circumvent any technical limitation of the NDI® software; and (iv) not to remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices or labels it contains.
NDI and its licensors give no warranty of any kind on the NDI® software, which is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NDI and its licensors will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of the application or of the NDI® software.
You agree to comply with the applicable export control laws and regulations of the United States of America, and not to export or re-export, directly or indirectly, the application or the NDI® software in violation of them.
If you develop third-party products that use the application together with the NDI® software, you must comply with the terms of the NDI® SDK licence, including maintaining current and complete NDI® compatibility, and include the terms of this section in your own end user licence agreement.
