For AV Volunteers

So simple any volunteer can operate it

No technical background required. Open the browser, follow the service plan, and project. That is it.

Zero installation

Open Chrome, sign in, and you are ready. No software to install, no drivers, no admin privileges needed on the computer.

Intuitive interface

Everything is where you expect it. The service plan is a list, slides go forward and back, and the projection is one click away.

No training needed

If you can use a web browser, you can operate Reuna. We designed it for volunteers who rotate every week, not for full-time technicians.

Works on any laptop

Mac, Windows, Linux, Chromebook. Any device with a modern browser. No minimum specs, no compatibility issues.

OBS-ready streaming

Copy the OBS Browser Source URL and add transparent lyrics, scriptures or countdowns to the live stream without capturing the projector window.

Keyboard shortcuts

Arrow keys to navigate slides, Space to toggle blank, Escape for logo. Fast and predictable for high-pressure moments.

Service plan as a script

The worship leader builds the plan beforehand. You just follow it top to bottom during the service. No guessing, no surprises.

Designed for the volunteer who arrives 20 minutes early

In most churches, the person projecting is not a technician: it is a volunteer who serves one Sunday a month and inherits a computer someone else configured. When the software is complex, every volunteer rotation is a risk. Reuna flips that equation: if you can use a browser, you can operate the projection.

The service plan works like a script: the worship leader leaves it ready, and you follow it top to bottom. Each item projects with one click, the arrow keys advance slides, Space blanks the screen and Escape shows the logo. If something goes wrong, any other device with a browser can take over in a minute: nothing is installed, everything is in the workspace.

For teams that also handle streaming, the OBS Browser Source URL adds the lyrics as a transparent overlay over the camera — no window captures, no chroma key, no second dedicated computer. One volunteer drives both the sanctuary projection and the stream from the same plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need training to operate Reuna?

No. The interface is designed for rotating volunteers: the plan is a list, slides advance with arrows or clicks, and Blank/Logo are always visible. Most volunteers operate confidently on their first Sunday.

What do I do if the projection computer fails?

Open the workspace on any other device with a browser — another laptop, a tablet — and continue where you left off. Nothing to reinstall, no licenses to activate.

Does it work with OBS for streaming?

Yes. Copy the Browser Source URL into OBS and lyrics, scriptures and countdowns appear as a transparent overlay over the camera, synchronized with the sanctuary projection.

Can I practice without projecting live?

Yes. You can open the projection preview and walk through the plan without affecting the live screens — ideal for getting familiar before the service.

We set it up two days before a big event and it worked perfectly. No complications.
