One «Requests» button in the Plan
From the Plan, open Requests and choose Preacher or Musicians. Each has its own per-service link, its own portal and its own review panel.
No account or password needed
The guest opens a private link from a phone or computer, with no username to create or password to remember. It expires on its own after 7 days and you can revoke or regenerate it.
Bible passages verified against scripture
Every passage the preacher adds is verified against the real Bible text before it reaches the operator — never a misquoted or invented verse.
Ideas with a category, editable in place
Besides passages, the preacher leaves title ideas or notes with an optional category (Announcement, Prayer, Worship, Testimony or Other), edits them without deleting and reorders everything by dragging.
Musician Portal: search in three steps
The worship team searches your church's repertoire first; if the song isn't there, they search the lyrics online; and if that fails too, they paste it and it splits into sections on its own.
Chord editor with live preview
Every song in the repertoire has a chord editor: the same degree-based pad Studio uses, with a chords-over-lyrics preview transposed to the chosen key.
Review with accept, exclude and request changes
Accept or exclude each item — or every pending one at once. If something needs a tweak, request changes with a note the guest sees on that exact item.
Approved means in the Plan, in order
Passages publish with the template you pick from the catalog; accepted songs enter the service as items in the order the team built.
Floating checklist for the operator
Title or note ideas wait in a checklist visible from the Plan and the side panel, with a reminder that doesn't get lost between tasks.
