Auto-advance

Record once when each slide of a song changes, and live the lyrics advance by themselves. If it is sung faster or slower today, change the tempo and the lyrics keep up, no re-recording needed.

Try it: change the tempo or tap it with «Tap»

Record once, with Space

Play the song and press Space (or the clicker) at every slide change. Then fix any time by hand and test it without projecting anything.

The singer's tempo

Enter the recording's BPM. In the Plan you pick each service's tempo, and live you raise or lower it with − / + or tap it. The lyrics adjust by themselves.

Starts when you want

It can start by itself when the song is projected or wait for your play. It can also start when the track sends a MIDI Start.

The operator is always in charge

If you skip ahead or go back a slide, it carries on from that slide's time instead of pulling the screen back.

Follows the track

For teams using Ableton, Playback or another player: the MIDI clock sets the tempo, Start and Stop start and pause it, and a pad can jump to the chorus or the bridge.

Survives your edits

Timing is saved per section. If a section is later split into more slides or you add a new one, its time is worked out between the previous and the next.

Good to know

Recorded in Songs, on the Timing tab, with the recording, the track or a video.
The timing belongs to the song: it works for every service.
If you move by hand, it carries on from that slide.
With tracks or multitracks, the MIDI clock can set the tempo and start or pause it.
