1. Introduction
Reuna SAS ("Reuna", "we", "our") operates the service available at reunapresenter.com. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have regarding it.
By using the Service, you accept the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
This policy was last updated in March 2025.
2. Data we collect
We collect different kinds of information depending on how you interact with the Service:
Account data: email, workspace name and, optionally, the name of your church.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, frequency of use and errors encountered (anonymized).
Content data: songs, service plans, images — they belong to you.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system. Used for diagnostics and security.
Payment data: we do not store card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
3. How we use your data
We use the information to:
— Provide, maintain and improve the Service. — Manage your account and authenticate your identity. — Send you communications related to the Service. — Answer your support requests. — Detect and prevent fraudulent activity. — Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
5. Third-party services
We work with: Supabase Auth (authentication), cloud infrastructure providers and a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. All of them are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to admin@reunapresenter.com. We respond within 30 business days.
